Norman Rockwell always used  props, costumes and models for everything he painted.  In his later years, he worked from photographs.  For this painting I use a similar approach by gathering up all the junk I had in my shed and getting my wife Andrea, Elizabeth Chadwick and Paul Chadwick to pose for me.
