Port Rockwell

As their volumes increase so does the lifting power, and the efficiency of airships. With many years of development, driven by necessity, these fragile monsters of the sky have increased in numbers and size. Some ships, such as the H.M.A.S Schaeffer, cannot exist without the help of smaller pressure airships to maintain it.

A number of sprawling airports with cavernous hangers serve this mostly merchant fleet. Now, in this boom time, a new type of ship is flying the skies. They are large lumbering airships that fly low to the ground on short voyeuristic excursions. They are disdained by serious airshipmen.
